Product Overview

Cost-Effective Stamping with Machining Precision

Where a part needs to be both economical at volume and dimensionally precise at critical features, stamping alone is often not enough. Combining progressive die stamping with secondary CNC machining lets us deliver assembly-ready hardware at a competitive unit cost.

Zhigao is a manufacturer of stamped hardware cnc machining serving customers in Europe, North America and Asia. Every order is produced to your drawing and inspected against your specification before shipment, with full documentation supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you make the stamping dies yourselves?
Yes. We design and manufacture progressive and compound dies in house, which shortens lead time and gives us full control over part quality.
What is the tooling cost and lead time?
Tooling cost depends on part size and complexity. New die lead time is normally 10-20 working days after drawing approval.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For existing tooling we accept orders from 1 piece. For new tooling, a minimum quantity commitment normally applies.
Can you combine stamping with CNC machining?
Yes. A common flow is stamping the blank first and then CNC machining critical features such as holes, slots and mounting faces.
How do you control burrs?
We control burr height through die design and finish with vibratory tumbling or manual deburring where required.
Do you provide material certificates?
Yes. Mill certificates and RoHS declarations are available for all materials on request.
