Product Overview

Volume Production with Consistent Quality

Stamping is the most economical route for high volume metal parts, provided the die is designed correctly. We build tooling that holds tolerance over long production runs, and we back it up with in-process inspection so that the first part and the ten thousandth part measure the same.

Zhigao is a manufacturer of stamping serving customers in Europe, North America and Asia. Every order is produced to your drawing and inspected against your specification before shipment, with full documentation supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between stamping and CNC machining?
Stamping is far more economical at volume because the die cost is amortised over many parts. CNC machining suits low volume and complex geometry. We often combine both in one part.
Do you design and make the dies?
Yes. Dies are designed and manufactured in house, which shortens lead time and keeps full control over part quality.
What is the tooling lead time?
New die lead time is normally 10-20 working days after drawing approval. Existing dies can start production immediately.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For existing tooling we accept orders from 1 piece. New tooling normally requires a minimum quantity commitment.
Can you supply material certificates?
Yes. Mill certificates and RoHS declarations are available for all materials on request.
How are burrs controlled?
Burr height is controlled through die design and finishing processes such as vibratory tumbling or manual deburring.
