Product Overview

Multi-Colour Graphics on Metal Surfaces

Where a part needs colour that anodizing cannot produce, or several colours on one panel, silkscreen printing is the practical route. We prepare screens from your artwork, mix ink to your Pantone reference and print with registration controlled to a fraction of a millimetre.

Zhigao is a manufacturer of screen printing serving customers in Europe, North America and Asia. Every order is produced to your drawing and inspected against your specification before shipment, with full documentation supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between silkscreen printing and laser engraving?
Silkscreen printing applies ink on top of the surface and can reproduce multiple colours, including colours that cannot be produced by anodizing. Laser engraving removes material for a permanent mark but is generally limited to a single contrast colour.
How durable is the printed ink?
We use epoxy and UV curing inks that are fully cured after printing. Once cured the ink resists solvents, abrasion and UV exposure, making it suitable for industrial and exterior applications.
Can you match a specific Pantone colour?
Yes. We mix ink to match your Pantone reference and provide a printed sample for approval before mass production.
What is the minimum line width you can print?
We can print lines down to 0.15mm, although 0.2mm and above is recommended for consistent legibility.
Can you print on a curved surface?
Yes. Curved and cylindrical surfaces can be printed using specialised screen equipment and fixtures.
What is the lead time?
After artwork and colour approval, printing is normally completed within 3-5 working days.
