Product Overview

Engineered Heat Dissipation for LED Lighting

LED efficacy depends on keeping junction temperature under control. Our extruded and CNC machined heat sinks are produced with controlled flatness and precise mounting hole positions so that thermal contact resistance stays low and light output remains stable over the product lifetime.

Zhigao is a manufacturer of led heat sink cnc machining serving customers in Europe, North America and Asia. Every order is produced to your drawing and inspected against your specification before shipment, with full documentation supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions

What aluminium alloy do you use for LED heat sinks?
We normally use 6063-T5 for extruded profiles because of its excellent extrusion surface and thermal performance. 6061-T6 is used where higher structural strength is required.
Can you customise the extrusion profile?
Yes. We can open a new extrusion die based on your cross-section drawing. Tooling lead time is usually 10-15 working days.
Do you provide thermal simulation?
We can review your thermal load and recommend fin geometry and base thickness based on our experience with similar LED projects.
What surface finishes are available?
Natural or black anodizing is the most common choice. Sand blasting, brushing, polishing and powder coating are also available.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We accept orders from 1 piece for prototypes. Extrusion tooling may require a minimum quantity commitment.
How are the heat sinks packed?
EPE foam and protective film inside, then export cartons or plywood cases to prevent bending during transport.
