Manufacturing Capability
In-house process chain
Extrusion, die casting, CNC machining, stamping, anodizing, powder coating and laser marking are performed in our own 12,000 m² facility. Fewer handovers means fewer places for schedule and quality to slip.
Tooling under our control
Extrusion dies, die casting moulds and stamping dies are designed and manufactured in our own tool room, which shortens tooling lead time and allows manufacturability issues to be raised before the tool is cut.
Quality system
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certified. Materials are traceable to heat number, gauges are calibrated on a defined cycle, and dimensional reports are available on request.

We manufacture to your drawings and samples. We are not a design house, which means our focus stays on producing your part accurately, repeatedly and at a competitive cost.
