Can you manufacture from drawings or samples?
Yes. Zhigao supports custom manufacture based on customer drawings or samples, including OEM projects. Send the dimensions, material, finish, quantity and any inspection requirements so the team can assess the work.
What should I include in a quotation request?
Send a drawing or sample reference, material grade, dimensions, finish, expected quantity and your contact email. Identify critical tolerances and the intended application. Pricing and lead time are confirmed after the requirements are reviewed.
Can I approve a sample before placing a bulk order?
Samples are available. Typical sample time is 3–7 days, depending on complexity. Tooling, special materials and project requirements can change this timing; confirm the schedule with the sales team.
What is the usual bulk production lead time?
Bulk orders usually take 45–60 days. Peak demand, material availability, tooling and the final order requirements can affect the schedule. Your quotation and order confirmation should define the agreed lead time.
Which manufacturing processes are available?
Capabilities include aluminium extrusion processing, die casting, CNC machining, metal stamping and sheet-metal work, along with anodizing, hard anodizing, brushing, polishing and other surface finishing operations.
Which certifications does Zhigao hold?
Our management-system documentation covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 management-system certifications. Contact us for the relevant documents and scope for your supplier qualification process; management-system certification is distinct from certification of an individual product.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. An NDA can be signed before cooperation. Contact the team to agree the confidentiality terms before sending confidential drawings or other proprietary information.
How can orders be shipped?
Air, sea and express shipping are available. We offer FOB, CIF and DDP arrangements. Confirm the destination, packing requirements and agreed trade terms with the sales team for each order.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Contact the team to arrange a visit to the Dongguan operation in Guangdong, China. Agree the visit date and address in advance so the appropriate colleagues can be available.
What support is available after delivery?
We provide warranty support and returns or replacements for quality issues. Report the issue with the order reference and supporting details; the applicable resolution is subject to the agreed order terms and investigation.
