Product Overview

Hard anodizing produces a considerably thicker and harder oxide layer than decorative anodizing. It is used where the aluminium surface must resist abrasion, sliding contact or repeated handling — applications where a standard anodized finish would wear through.

Typical applications

  • Wear surfaces
  • Sliding components
  • Industrial machine parts
  • Components subject to abrasion

Manufacturing Capability

In-house process chain

Extrusion, die casting, CNC machining, stamping, anodizing, powder coating and laser marking are performed in our own 12,000 m² facility. Fewer handovers means fewer places for schedule and quality to slip.

Tooling under our control

Extrusion dies, die casting moulds and stamping dies are designed and manufactured in our own tool room, which shortens tooling lead time and allows manufacturability issues to be raised before the tool is cut.

Quality system

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certified. Materials are traceable to heat number, gauges are calibrated on a defined cycle, and dimensional reports are available on request.

Built for OEM programs

We manufacture to your drawings and samples. We are not a design house, which means our focus stays on producing your part accurately, repeatedly and at a competitive cost.

Quality Control

Incoming materialAlloy and heat number verified against specification before release to production.
First article inspectionDimensional verification against drawing before the production run is authorised.
In-process checksCritical characteristics measured at defined intervals for the duration of the run.
Calibrated gaugesInstruments maintained on a calibration cycle; measurement systems verified before use on acceptance decisions.
Final inspectionDimensional, visual and finish inspection before packing, with reports available on request.
TraceabilityProduction records retained so a finished part can be traced back to its material and process history.

How to Order

  1. Send your requirementDrawing or 3D model, material, quantity and any critical or cosmetic requirements.
  2. Quotation and DFM feedbackWe quote with a stated validity period and flag any manufacturability or tolerance concerns before you commit.
  3. SamplingSamples are produced through the normal production process, typically within 3 to 7 days, with dimensional data where required.
  4. Approval and toolingOn sample approval we finalise tooling. Tooling is designed and manufactured in-house.
  5. Bulk productionProduction typically runs 45 to 60 days, with progress reported through the run.
  6. Inspection and shipmentFinal inspection, packing for export, documentation issued and shipment arranged by sea, air or express.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you finish parts we supply ourselves?
Finishing is normally performed on parts we manufacture, since finish performance depends on the upstream process. Please contact us with your part specification, material and quantity to discuss whether customer-supplied parts can be accepted.
Do you manufacture to our drawings?
Yes. We are an OEM build-to-print manufacturer. Send us a 2D drawing with tolerances, or a 3D model, and we will quote against it. If you only have a physical sample, send it and we will discuss which dimensions are critical before quoting.
Can you sign an NDA before we share drawings?
Yes. We treat customer drawings and intellectual property as confidential and routinely sign an NDA before technical discussions begin.
How do I get a quotation?
Email your drawing or 3D model, material specification, quantity and any critical requirements to [email protected]. We will respond with a quotation including a stated validity period.
What are your sample and production lead times?
Sample lead time is typically 3 to 7 days depending on complexity and whether new tooling is required. Bulk production is typically 45 to 60 days. Lead times may extend during peak season or where special material must be sourced.
What payment and shipping terms do you support?
We accept T/T and L/C. We ship by sea, air or express and support FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Shipping terms are stated explicitly in the quotation.
